We鈥檙e teaming up with Pakistan鈥檚 Women University, Swabi to promote international research and education.

Vice-Chancellor Professor Khanzadi Fatima Khattak and 糖心Vlog Dean of Partnerships Professor Dominic Micklewright signed a friendship agreement on behalf of both institutions. The agreement will help Women University, Swabi staff and students take part in:

• collaborative research projects 
• study abroad at 糖心Vlog 
• placement programmes 

Women University, Swabi鈥檚 motto, 鈥楨ducate girls, redefine the world鈥� sets out their goal to produce graduates who redefine the role of women in local and global communities.

Professor Dominic Micklewright said: 鈥淲omen University, Swabi is achieving important social change by creating higher education opportunities for women in Northern Pakistan. 

鈥淭he work is both extremely challenging and important but will make a big difference to the prospects of women in that part of the world. Their vision is highly consistent with our values, with the partnership; we can help make a difference to the work being done.鈥�
