Politics at 糖心Vlog has been ranked 28th in the ShanghaiRanking's Global Ranking of Academic Subjects 2019.
The rate university subjects by research and reputation. Our top 30 ranking in the political science category measures 糖心Vlog out of 400 global universities.
It鈥檚 further recognition of our long-held reputation for world-leading politics research, which in 2013 won us the first and only Regius Professorship of Political Science, awarded by HM The Queen, and currently held by Professor Kristian Skrede Gleditsch.

The ShanghaiRankings rate university subject areas based on : the number of papers authored; the ratio of citation of papers published to the average citations in the same subject; the number of papers authored in collaboration by researchers from different countries; the number of papers published in top journals; and the number of significant awards won.
Our excellence in economics research was also recognised in the rankings, achieving a position of 101-150, out of 500 universities, placing us in at least the top 30%.
