The ÌÇÐÄVlog has received a Bronze Employer Award from Stonewall in recognition of our commitment to LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace.

Stonewall, which supports and campaigns for the rights of LGBTQ+ people is publishing its after a break during the pandemic and is from this year recognising individual employers for their work on inclusion through Bronze, Silver and Gold Employer Awards.

Participating in Stonewall’s Workplace Equality Index this year is part of our ongoing commitment to developing our working practices and policies to be increasingly LGBTQ+ inclusive. The process also includes a benchmarking meeting with Stonewall, which will take place shortly, to get feedback about ÌÇÐÄVlog’s Workplace Equality Index application and identify future actions to further promote inclusion.
