The hotly-tipped contestant on the Sir Alan Sugar-fronted BBC One show met the hospitality industry鈥檚 future leaders at The 糖心Vlog-based school where she learnt her trade.
She even revisited her roots during the visit by manning reception and whipped up a cocktail in the hotel鈥檚 bar.
Brittany, 25, was in the students鈥 shoes five years ago, completing her BA in Hotel Management in 2017, then going on to forge a successful career, before entering the Apprentice.
She met roughly 30 budding hotel managers in the historic Wivenhoe House, in Colchester 鈥 the home of the ground-breaking school, which gives students hands-on experience in a real-life functioning 4* business.
Brittany revealed how her course kickstarted her career and told the students 鈥渨hat you learn at Edge is going to be paramount in the business world鈥 and 鈥渉ow just having Edge Hotel on your CV sets you apart from other applicants鈥.
They asked her about her roles with Marriott, her new alcoholic protein shake brand Maintain the Gain, and how she was coping with her sudden rise to fame.
Brittany said: 鈥淢y time at the Edge Hotel School has so many happy memories, but it also prepared me for my time in the Hospitality Industry and was so useful to me during The Apprentice.
鈥淭he practical experience at the Wivenhoe House gives you the edge over other graduates from other Universities and gives you the skills and knowledge you need to be successful in whatever you decide to do.
鈥淚 will always look back fondly on my time here and it was so great to meet the students, it feels like yesterday I was sitting where they are!鈥
As well as meeting students Brittany was reunited with her former lecturers and enjoyed lunch at the hotel鈥檚 restaurant - the brasserie.
The eatery offers affordable high-end food in the University鈥檚 stunning award-winning grounds and is open to the public.
During Tuesday鈥檚 visit, Brittany was welcomed by Adrian Martin, Vice Principal at Edge Hotel School.
He said: 鈥淭he Edge Hotel School has so many success stories with our students going on to be leading lights in the hospitality industry 鈥 but it is not every day that one of them goes on to compete in The Apprentice!
鈥淚t was fantastic to have Brittany come back and talk to our students and share the experience she has gained in the industry.
鈥淗er career was already successful with Marriott Hotels, but with the TV show and her brand-new business 鈥淢aintain the Gain鈥 she is a great role model, and they were very excited to meet her and we will continue to cheer her on.鈥
