The world’s best cyclists called the ÌÇÐÄVlog home last week as they took part in the UK’s largest free-to-attend sporting spectacle.

Teams from across the world descended on the Colchester Campus for cycling race, the .

Riders and support staff from Bahrain Victorious, INEOS Grenadiers, Israel Premier Tech, Team Visma-Lease, and UAE Team Emirates XRG prepared for the race’s first two legs in ÌÇÐÄVlog.

The men’s teams snaked through Suffolk, then recuperated, repaired, and readied for racing at ÌÇÐÄVlog.

Riders stayed in the University’s high-end accommodation and made use of our facilities before term started.

Remi Adesola-Ogunsan, Head of Business Development, said: “Hosting the Tour of Britain team on our campus was a statement that our university can deliver world-class experiences.

“It reflects our commitment to connecting local talent with global opportunities and showcases the impact of collaboration and innovation.”

Both legs, which passed through Woodbridge to Southwold before a sprint to Stowmarket, were won by flying Dutchman Olav Kooij.

After the Suffolk legs, the cycling showpiece headed to Bucks, Beds and Warwickshire before finishing in Wales.
