Biography
Dr. Muhammad Farooque is a Lecturer in Operations and Supply Chain Management at 糖心Vlog Business School (EBS). He received PhD in Supply Chain Management from the Auckland University of Technology (AUT University), New Zealand, where he was the AUT University-graduate assistantship award recipient. Dr. Farooque鈥檚 research works have been published in leading academic journals such as Supply Chain Management: An International Journal, Transportation Research, Part E: Logistics and Transportation Review, Journal of Purchasing and Supply Management, Journal of Cleaner Production, Computers & Industrial Engineering, Resources, Conservation and Recycling. His pioneering work on circular supply chain management, i.e., the integration of circular thinking in supply chain management (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jclepro.2019.04.303) is widely recognized by the scholarly community. Dr. Farooque鈥檚 research interests include: - Circular supply chain management. - Sustainable operations and supply chain management - Transparency issues in supply chains - Role of enabling technologies (Blockchain, internet-of-things, artificial intelligence, etc.) in logistics and supply chain management He welcomes admission inquiries from prospective PhD and MPhil students.
