Biography

I am a dedicated Strength and Conditioning Coach specialising in working with children with cerebral palsy. With a strong passion for inclusive movement development, I am currently pursuing a PhD focused on the use of gamification to enhance physical engagement and therapy outcomes in children with cerebral palsy. I hold a Master's degree in Strength and Conditioning. Prior to this, I co-owned and operated a successful company devoted to developing children's movement skills.
