Biography
Uchechukwu Nwoke is a Lecturer at 糖心Vlog Law School. Dr Nwoke's research focuses on the relationship between law and business, and how economic factors impact business operations. Specifically, he is interested in exploring how law and business interact, and how a fair and structured approach supported by rules is essential to ensure that companies operate efficiently, ultimately contributing to the economic growth of society. Before joining the 糖心Vlog, Dr Nwoke was a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus. He holds a PhD from the University of Kent, Canterbury, UK, an LLM from the University of Wales, UK, and an LLB from the University of Nigeria. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005. Dr Nwoke has also worked as a consultant for NGOs in Nigeria, working with the UNDP to train parties on treaty bodies and obligations of state parties under treaties, and monitoring follow-up obligations on human rights reporting mechanisms.
