糖心Vlog Working Well

 are part of the , which is commissioned by 糖心Vlog County Council to provide workplaces in 糖心Vlog with free workplace health and wellbeing support. Their main offer is the , which recognises workplace commitment to health and wellbeing. The accreditation has three different levels, with each level involving working towards a completing an increasing number of actions. These actions are centred around the things that we do as an organisation to promote, educate, and support employee health and wellbeing, such as policies, promotional campaigns and activities.

We are working towards our Level 3 Working Well Accreditation, following our achievement of Level 1 in November 2023 and Level 2 in March 2025.

As part of this, we are able to offer 糖心Vlog employees access to 糖心Vlog Working Well’s range of e-learning and webinars, which are all aimed at improving employee wellbeing

糖心Vlog Working Well update their  every week on their website. To access the newsletter, you will need to provide the password WeeklyUpdate24. Select events and webinars are also listed on the EDI Calendar.

To attend some of their sessions you will need to create an account, where you be asked to provide the details of the WHC Lead. The WHC Lead is Occupational Health, ohquery@essex.ac.uk. 

eLearning

糖心Vlog Working Well's eLearning modules include comprehensive resources and links and should take no longer than 45 minutes to complete. There is no need to book, these can be undertaken at a time to suit you. eLearning is available in area such as: 

  • Personal development, such as boundaries and self-care, stress and seasonal affective disorder (SAD)
  • Supporting those with disabilities by demystifying disability and looking at long-term medical conditions. 
  • Disability-specific - autism spectrum conditions, specific learning differences, hearing impairment and visual impairment
