National Employment Savings Trust (NEST)

NEST is the pension scheme of both 糖心Vlog Campus Services and Wivenhoe House Hotel.

NEST was created by the government to make sure that every employer had access to an  workplace pension scheme. It's been built in line with best practise guidelines from the Department for Work and Pensions and The Pensions Regulator.

Joining NEST

New staff of 糖心Vlog Campus Services and Wivenhoe House Hotel will be auto-enrolled. If you are a current staff-member who is not a NEST member and would like to join, please email your request to reward@essex.ac.uk

Your contributions

NEST contributions are gradually increasing over the next three years.

Increasing your contributions

The figures on the page above are the minimum contributions. If you want to increase your employee contribution, please email reward@essex.ac.uk and advise us of the revised amount. Please note that this will only increase your contributions, not the employer contribution amount.
