I鈥檓 Adam Adams, a PhD student, aspiring actor, an Assistant Lecturer and a social media content creator here at the 糖心Vlog. I also am the president of the boxing team, vice president of the MMA team and help the kickboxing team as their treasurer. The 糖心Vlog has been my home for nearly 10 years now, so I like to think I know my way around the campus.

Adam joined the university in 2010 as an undergraduate in the School of Mathematics, Statistics and Actuarial Science and graduated with a PhD in 2019. Now working as Health and Safety Technician for Estates and Campus Services, Adam supports the section with the university's aim to embed health and safety as a core value in everything we do. He also co-chairs the 糖心Vlog Access Forum with Francisco Sepulveda.

Akudo Amadiegwu is a Lecturer in the School of Health and Social Care, and a social worker registered with Social Work England. Her research focuses on patients with brain injuries and how social workers can support them and their families.
