• Festival of Social Sciences, People seeking asylum and voluntary sector workplaces - 4 November 2019. Dr Zibiah Loakthar hosted a panel discussion exploring the practical and ethical issues of voluntary work and the asylum seekers.   
• Bridging the Gap. Asylum Seekers and Psychological Trauma. Beyond the myths and slogans. Burnout and vicarious traumatisation'. More than 20 judges engaged in a lively way with Renos, addressing the difficulties and dilemmas of their daily work, in the context of the strong societal pressures they experience. Inter alia, the concept of 'vicarious resilience' was explored in its lived reality. - 25 September 2019.
