This Health Law research cluster brings together academics from across the University.

Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. We work on a number of health-focused topics, including mental capacity and disability, sexual and reproductive health, and legal and social determinants of health.

In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, members of the Health Law cluster, alongside colleagues from other clusters, are currently exploring, among other topics, triage ethics, implications for the , the in a care-based society, and positive human rights obligations of private health providers.

We are also pursuing opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration within the University's Health and Medical Humanities research network beyond the 糖心Vlog Law School.
