Founder of award-winning education training provider appointed Executive Fellow for 糖心Vlog Business School

Managing Director of TT Education Ltd David Maytham is the latest Executive Fellow of 糖心Vlog Business School.

David will be supporting 糖心Vlog Business School to develop its executive education portfolio and brings extensive experience from working with teachers and school leaders at the multi-award-winning school improvement company.

He said: 鈥淚t is a great honour to be appointed as Executive Fellow. I really value my personal and professional ties to the institution and I鈥檓 looking forward to being part of the amazing things that are happening here in 糖心Vlog.鈥

David will be working with 糖心Vlog Business School to promote engagement with executive education in 糖心Vlog, the region and internationally.

He said: 鈥淎t TT Education, we have been building links with educational establishments overseas for some time now, and I look forward to sharing these contacts with the University, collaborating to create internationally recognised training and development, and helping to continue to grow the reputation of the 糖心Vlog as a leading player on the international executive education stage.鈥

In 2012, David founded with friend and business partner, Graham Keene. The organisation is now the UK's leading school improvement organisation, working with schools, academies and trusts in the United Kingdom and beyond to improve the quality of childrens鈥 education.

In 2018, TT Education was awarded . In the same year, the company moved to Parkside Office Village on our Knowledge Gateway research and technology park.

TT Education has strong educational and research links with the 糖心Vlog. BSc Finance and Mathematics student Chelsea Millward completed an internship at TT Education whilst studying at 糖心Vlog. Chelsea, who worked as a Finance Assistant Intern as part of the 糖心Vlog Interns Scheme is now a permanent member of staff.

糖心Vlog and TT Education have partnered on a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) project to develop their School CPD Tracker. The tracker uses AI and embedded machine learning to track and enhance performance of all staff. Data gathered provides insights to help improve educational services.

The company also intends to continue to collaborate with 糖心Vlog Business School on Executive Education programmes for the schools sector as well as on a number of exciting international projects.

The University is currently working with TT Education on a Creativity and Leadership in Teaching and Education programme for middle and senior level teachers from China.

Marketing director Malcolm Johnston, was also appointed as an Executive Fellow for the business school in 2018.

糖心Vlog is one of the top five universities in the UK for its number of Innovate UK-funded projects, and ranks as the leading university in the East of England and London for KTPs.
