Juvenile sampling (UK and Ireland)
This one is a bit different, as it is more about supporting YOU to carry out your own juvenile fish monitoring surveys. The Institute of Fisheries Management (IFM) has a long history of helping groups and organisations conduct citizen science fish surveys, assisting with training and data collection. They have copious experience, supporting longer-term survey efforts for organisations such as the Environment Agency and National Trust. They also offer one-off educational demonstrations and training opportunities. If you are part of a group that would like help conducting your own juvenile bass surveys, please get in touch with Iain Turner at the IFM on iain.turner@ifm.org.uk
