Welcome Week is your chance to dive into your new course and department while getting to know your lecturers and fellow students. It’s the perfect time to settle in, start building your community, and prepare for the exciting journey ahead.

In your welcome lecture, we'll cover everything you need - to know from navigating campus life to making the most of your time with us. You’ll meet key members of our academic team, including the Head of School, Director of Education, and other staff who will support you throughout your degree. Your lab induction is your chance to connect with our fantastic Technical Demonstrators, who will guide you through the systems and software you'll be using this year. This session will ensure you're fully prepared for your first week of lectures and labs.

Don’t miss your Social Event! This is a great opportunity to grab some refreshments and chat to your peers and our departmental staff in a relaxed and friendly setting. You will also be able to chat more with some of our society members and start finding your place in CSEE.
