Our researchers cover a wide range of research issues on language across the lifespan.
Our expertise comprises early language acquisition, bi- and multilingualism, additional language learning and language use. We investigate language across the human lifespan, including infants and young children, older children and adolescents, young and older adults.
The breadth and variety of our interests means that our work crosses disciplinary boundaries. We draw on linguistics, psychology, cognitive science, education, speech and language therapy, and computer science.
