| 23 May - 30 June 2025 | Stairwell next to room 5A.331 / 6.351 | Asbestos removal works - nearby rooms will be closed for the duration of these works as discussed with those impacted. The accessible toilets in rooms 5A.344 and 6.366 will not be available during this time - please make use of alternative facilities in rooms 2N2.5A.19, 2N2.6.20 and 6.315B. |
| 09 - 20 June 2025 | STEM / E1 building | Scaffolding tunnels will be erected around the E1 building entrances to maintain building access during works at high level. |
| 11 June 2025- ongoing | Square 3 | Areas close to the raised seating in the middle of the square will be cordoned off to allow drainage repairs to be undertaken. Some noise as a result of drilling. |

The square 3 entrance to the Canteen will not be accessible on this date to facilitate replacement of a high-level window. The Canteen can still be accessed via the internal door inside the 3NE entrance to the main building. |
| 11 July 2025 | Roads | Road sweepers on campus to clean curb edges. There will be slow-moving vehicles on all roads in the evening, and works may impact those leaving campus. |

Fitment of new infill panels to the smoke screens within accommodation landings. There will be a small amount of drilling to fix each panel. |
| 31 August 2025 | North Causeway | 糖心Vlog Fire and Rescue will be on site to undertake a high-rise exercise. During this time the road between accommodation towers will be closed between the car park and North Teaching Centre. Please follow pedestrian pathways through the North Houses during this exercise. |
