You can chat with us online or over the phone during our normal support hours.

You can also drop-in to your local IT Helpdesk to speak to us in person:

Colchester	Sorry, drop-in support is currently unavailable at Colchester Campus.
Southend	TF.2.03, Info Point, Learning Hub	Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 5.00pm
Loughton	Library and IT Center, Hatfields	Library staff are able to assist with basic queries, such as access to eduroam and password changes. Check for availability.

We're available to help Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm. Excludes University closure days.
